Jeremiah Wright, Malicious Birdbrain

After watching several of Wright's performances on TV recently, I think I have a good bead on his character: the malicious birdbrain. Racist moron. His lame-brained shuck-and-jive, his half-witticisms, his juvenile gimmicks like half-completed sentences about how he's "open to being vice-. . ." and how criticisms  of "O'Reilly are... maybe justified...." Hilarious!

Wright reminds me of many semi-literate jerks I knew in high school. They were only funny to themselves, but they gained an audience amongst their own, like-minded group.

That's the thing about Wright: he could only get by with his moronic shtick among people who are totally on his side, totally in the bag for his own bizarre brand of paranoid hatred of white America. They're a Nuremberg-rally audience -- they're already convinced, and no logic or evidence is required.

Imagine Hitler, if he had had the same malice toward his chosen enemy, but an I.Q. of about  80; so that, instead of being a murderous dictator, all he could be was a ranting buffoon. That's a good picture of "Reverend" Wright.

Obama's Race-Bullying

Obama's getting even more blatant about his race-baiting tactics. The latest attempt to bully white voters is this (as reported by NewsMax):

Barack Obama’s campaign manager David Plouffe says racists are probably going to vote for John McCain in November if Obama is the Democratic presidential nominee.

Sure -- racists will vote for McCain, McCain voters are racist, scoobee doobee doobee.

In other words, "If you don't vote for Obama, you're a racist." That's been Obama's oh-so-subtle "uniting" message all along. "We're finally above race," he says, meaning: "Vote for me, Whitey, or you're a racist. And oh, yeah -- all you blacks keep voting monolithically for the black guy, wink, wink, nudge nudge."

Obama is just about the oiliest, smarmiest, lamest phoney we've seen in politics in fifty years.

"Pastor" Jeremiah Wright's Nuremberg Rallies

Listening to Wright scream and shriek about his hated enemies, the U.S. and white America, and listening to his audience's roars of approval, reminds me of Hitler's Nuremberg rallies, on a smaller scale. There's the same rage and invective directed at the enemy, the same shoddy rationalizations for hate, the same inflammatory, pseudo-intellectualized blame-mongering of the chosen enemy.

Would-be tyrants and dictators don't vary much. They keep repeating the same tropes. Wright is a typical tin-horn tyrant, using the same old techniques of all bigots. It's "Same Bigotry, Different Day."

And Obama, sitting there in these enraged hate festivals, wants to tell us, "It doesn't mean a thing." Yeah, right. I'll trust YOU in office -- just like I'd put some crazy-eyed little Nazi acolyte in office, because he "didn't even pay attention to the speeches and sermons." You obviously think the American public is as stupid as you and your "minister."

"Never Reinforce Failure"!

About the "No Child Left Behind" Act -- a bill that is devoted to pouring infinite resources into the education of that last, remaining, lagging, low-end-of-the-bell-curve, learning-challenged couple of percent of students:

It's really a "No Child Gets Ahead" act. It says, "As long as there are a few stupid or uninterested or belligerent students in a class, we'll pour ALL our time and effort into bringing them up to the lowest passable standard."

That's because too many middle-class kids from the suburbs are achieving things academically while other demographics, well, not so much. So we need to hold the smart and motivated kids back, so the stupid and violent have a chance to catch up. There's too much "inequality," you see.

There's an old military maxim, "Never reinforce failure." For example, if one unit is gaining ground against the enemy, and another one is bogged down, don't reinforce the failures -- you'll get nowhere that way. Reinforce the successful units, and then there may be a breakthrough that will benefit everybody.

And that's especially so if the bogged-down unit couldn't care less about the whole enterprise, and will just mock you and trample your efforts underfoot if you try to aid them.

NCLB is just a recipe for mediocrity, or to put it another way, an effort to flout the smart kids by casting all our highly-expensive pearls of wisdom before swine.

Bill Clinton Gives Us Another Look At His Stupidity

Bill Clinton, the Backwoods Orator, explains Hillary's latest run-in with reality:

There was a lot of fulminating because Hillary, one time late at night when she was exhausted, misstated and immediately apologized for it, what happened to her in Bosnia in 1995....And I think she was the first First Lady since Eleanor Roosevelt to go into a combat zone. . . .

You woulda thought, you know, that she'd robbed a bank the way they carried on about this. And some of them, when they're 60, they'll forget something when they're tired at 11:00 at night, too.

Read those remarks again. Have you ever seen such disjointed, semi-coherent, semi-grammatical utterances?

For that matter, have you ever heard this rural Uriah Heep say anything that wasn't just about a half-step above illiterate?

The guy's a Rhodes Scholar, for Pete's sake! He's supposed to be smart -- at least he tells us he's smart, or his sycophants do. But I'd like to know exactly how he went about winning a Rhodes scholarship, because I've never heard this brain-damaged peckerwood say anything remotely intelligent-sounding.

Zimbabwe's election -- just like Florida 2000

Have you noticed how the shenanigans going on with Zimbabwe's recent election parallel the monkeyshines the Democrats perpetrated in Florida in 2000? The opposition clearly won, just as Bush did. But Mugabe -- the totalitarian dictator, much like U.S. Democrats -- demands a recount. Like any crooked politician, his motto is, "We'll count them and recount them, until the count comes out 'right.' "

The latest on the election:

HARARE, Zimbabwe (AP) - Zimbabwe's High Court rejected an opposition demand Monday for the immediate release of long-delayed election results, prolonging a political crisis that has paralyzed this southern African nation for more than two weeks.

The main opposition leader, Morgan Tsvangirai, says he won the March 29 election outright, and has accused President Robert Mugabe of holding back the results so he can orchestrate a runoff and ensure his 28-year grip on power. . . .

The commission, which had quickly published results for parliamentary and local elections held the same day, said it was delaying the release of the presidential results so it could verify the votes.
Well, to all Zimbabweans who want genuine democracy, I can only say, Watch out for hanging chads.

Just like Jesse Jackson, Mugabe sees the election go against him,, so he makes up his mind to muddy the waters, demand a recount, manage the recount his way, and steal the election. Or if that fails, he'll kill everybody in sight. (That's one step Jesse Jackson was unable to take -- yet.)

And all our fatuous little retarded nitwits keep parroting to this day, "Bush stole the election."

There's no reasoning with miniature Mugabe's.

Barbarians Don’t Understand the Concept of Insurance

Under the heading of "Barbarians Don't Understand the Concept of Insurance," the SayAnything blog reported this:

NEW DELHI: Comparing the benefits of health insurance policy to gambling, key Islamic organisations have termed the policies as "illegal" and directed Muslims to keep away from them.

At a seminar to deliberate whether insuring health was permissible under Islamic law Shariat, the Islamic Fiqh Academy (India) decided that availing such policies was illegal.

Barbarians in our own country don't understand insurance, either. People like Nancy Kassebaum and Ted Kennedy put through a law that required insurers to cover employees even for "pre-existing" conditions. That's not insurance -- i.e.,  it's not a sharing of random risk; it's charity, imposed on the insurance companies by brute force. It's like forcing life-insurance companies to insure people who are already dead.

Similarly, lawmakers now want to force insurance companies to cover everybody, and force everybody to carry insurance. As Human Events reports,
Clinton started off by making her main pitch: she has done things like provide healthcare for kids in Texas and Ohio and her opponent has not. She made no bones about it: in HillaryCare insurance companies won't be setting rates based on individuals' health -- the government presumably will set the prices.

That's not insurance either, it's totalitarianism.

Our own medieval barbarians don't understand the concept of insurance. They just get it bass-ackwards in a different way from the medieval Muslim barbarians.
