The whole "You're only picking on me because I'm black" has been used so often it's a clich é.  Mumia was set up (he claims). Every black guy stopped in a car was only guilty of "driving while black." As soon as the cop asks Gates to identify himself, he starts yelling racism.

From now on, the Miranda warning should read, "You have a right to remain silent. You have a right to an attorney. You have a right to claim you're only being picked on because you're a black man in America..."

Universal Medicine: A Benevolent Dictator?

I don't want to hear any more comparisons about, "The Canadian health service is good in this way, bad in that way." I don't care.

When you have a dictator, sometimes it's a benevolent dictator, and sometimes it's a malevolent dictator. Elizabeth I was a good queen; Queen Victoria had her good points. Caligula was a bad emperor. Ivan the Terrible was a bad czar. There are good ones, and bad ones.

But I don't want a king or a czar. I want to be a free citizen. I don't want Obama deciding how he'll "reward" doctors, and for what.

These tin-horn dictators, like the creepy weasel Rahm Immanuel, are power trippers. They want to control society, and remake it is their desired image. Their main objectives are 1) to bash anybody making a "profit" or an independent income from medicine. That's why Obama is bashing doctors for doing unnecessary tonsillectomies because of the profit motive.

And 2) they don't want those fat-cat rich people getting better care than poor people. They'll turn the whole medical field into a vast slum just to spite rich people. You can call that socialist, or fascist, or dog-in-a-manger, whatever you want, but that's the motivation.

We have the best medical system in the world, precisely because it's not a "system." It's not organized and enslaved under some bureaucrat's control -- though to some degree it is. We can't let the power-mad Obama administration crush the remaining independent medical entities.

What's the real motive behind Obamacare?

If Obama and all the Demo-gogs are really worried about "uninsured" people, couldn't they just wave their magic wand and say, "Presto, you're all covered under Medicare and Medicaid now"? That would be a Hell of a lot cheaper than taking over the entire medical industry.

So it's not "uninsured" people they're really worried about (most of whom get care, anyway). What they're really worried about is all those rich people who get Cadillac care, while the poor people get Yugo care. They want to bash the rich -- it's the old dog-in-a-manger motivation.

Then too, doctors are rich and uppity. The lefties want to take them down a perg. (Too many of them are white males -- Hillary said so.)

And just in general, liberals hate it when people just do whatever they want to. When they choose the doctor they want, and the doctor decides on the proper treatment to give, and nobody consults the seers and wise men in government -- lefties HATE that. Theyhave to make sure everybody lives the way they want. It's not "compassion" that motivates these anal-retentive tinhorn dictators; it's malice, spite and envy.

How do you like the Potemkin hearings they're holding for Sodamayor? It's just like a Soviet "show trial" in reverse -- the verdict is pre-determined, but in favor, not against.

The drivel and fatuity is all for show. They're going to enthrone this stupid, biased woman to rule in favor of any Hispanic cause that comes before her -- just as we once had racist-moron Thurgood Marshall, to do the same for blacks.

Does Congress own EVERYTHING, including the medical industry?

The House unveiled their "health-care reform" bill, designed to make sure everybody has "health-care insurance." (Just in passing: what cretinous English these demagogues speak!)

Nostril-Hair Waxman said this:

We cannot allow this issue to be delayed. We cannot put it off again. We can't, quite frankly, can't go home for the recess unless the House and the Senate both pass bills to restore and restructure our health-care system. And that is what we will be doing in the next three weeks.

What  makes the medical industry theirs to restore and restructure? Do they own everything? Do they own us? (Mark Steyn says they're nationalizing our very bodies with this medical takeover.)

More to the point, do they want to take over everything -- every realm of endeavor, every aspect of society? (That's the real meaning of their Orwellian term, "reform." It means a Stalinist takeover of every facet of society, including medical care.)

These lying Yahoos, these power-mad cretins are intent on torpedoing the medical industry, because 1) they themselves want to dictate to it, since they're power-trippers; 2) rich people get better care than poor people (the "dog-in-a-manger" motivation); 3) they have a Dickensian mental picture of "people dying in the streets". All those motivations are delusions.

Obama's fascist medical plan

I heard some caller on the Sean Hannity Show the other day making a big deal over the difference between "nationalized" medical care and "universal" care. Hannity had said Obama was proposing "nationalized" medical care, and the caller said it wouldn't be nationalized -- the government wouldn't own medical facilities, and wouldn't employ doctors. It was just to be universal -- government would pay for care, set the rules, regulate medical schools, etc.

Big deal. That just says Obamacare is fascist, not communist.

The fascist approach to economics was different from the communist approach on one way: they figured they didn't need to actually own businesses; they could just control them. Fascists didn't need to nationalize or expropriate businesses; they would just regulate them, control them, and milk the rewards.

In "Modern Times," Paul Johnson described Mussolini's party this way: "Its programme was partial seizure of finance capital, control over the rest of the economy by corporative economic councils, confiscation of church lands and agrarian reform..."

Fascists control the economy; they don't seize it, like the Communists. So "universal" medical care, completely prescribed and regulated by the government, is fascistic not communistic. That makes a big difference...?

The cap-and-trade bait-and-switch

Everything Obama does is either a lie, or is advanced by lies.

Consider  the "cap and trade" bill -- ostensibly a law to fight global warming. Right there, you know it's a fantasy. The Democrats might just as well write a bill to fight the invasion of gnomes. The global warming farrago is a fantasy world, and Congress is living in that fantasy world. That's dangerous for a nation.

 Liberals are determined to believe in the global-warming fantasy, because of what they can accomplish with it, namely, limit industrial production and economic development. Those are two things they abhor and detest. They want to live in medieval England. They picture themselves in a merrie old land in days of olde, when knights were bolde, and toilet paper wasn't invented -- you wiped your assse on a blade of grass, and walked away contented.

That's the world they want. To get it, to make us revert to medieval life, to limit production and development, they invented their fantasy global-warming theory. That form of Yahoo science justifies their bill with its crippling taxes on industry.

It's as if they should pass a law saying, "To fight the invasion of gnomes, all attractive women will have to go around in public naked." They don't believe in gnomes -- they just want women to go around naked. And they don't seriously know anything about the climate; they just want to cripple capitalism and production. That's their bait-and-switch.

And Obama wants to take more money from the evil white entrepreneurs and give it to the "people who really own it." He's a racist, intent on rewarding the poor, the black, the unions, the black, the oppressed, the black. . . He's a liar and a hypocrite, and he has the worst interests of our country at heart.
