é. Mumia was set up (he claims). Every black guy stopped in a car was only guilty of "driving while black." As soon as the cop asks Gates to identify himself, he starts yelling racism.
From now on, the Miranda warning should read, "You have a right to remain silent. You have a right to an attorney. You have a right to claim you're only being picked on because you're a black man in America..."
