Obama has told every lie he can think of, to put over government nationalization of medical care. Now he's saying private insurance and private care won't disappear -- a lie. From NewsBuster:
In 2003, Obama stated at an AFL-CIO Civil, Human and Women's Rights Conference:
I happen to be a proponent of a single payer universal healthcare plan...That's what I'd like to see.
Later in the video, viewers are treated to Rep. Barney Frank (D-Mass.) saying on July 27 of this year:
I think that if we get a good public option, it could lead to single payer, and that's the best way to reach single payer.
Why are they so fixated on this? For the control freaks on the left, "single-payer" means central control; there's only one root source which government has to police, in order to police everybody's medical care. As John Milton said:
"Grant him this, and the Parliament hath no more freedom than if it sat in his noose, which when he pleases to draw together with one twitch of his negative, shall throttle a whole nation, [as per] the wish of Caligula, in one neck."
